WESTON-SUPER-MARE · MONTHLY 2ND TUESDAYS – 7PM
An evening of worship, declaration and encountering God together — in the heart of Weston-super-Mare
"I was glad when they said to me, 'Let us go to the house of the LORD!'" — Ps 122:1
When David brought the Ark of the Covenant to Jerusalem, he did something extraordinary — he placed it in a simple tent, open and visible to anyone who passed by. For the first time, ordinary people could look and see the glory of God. Not just the priests. Everyone.
That's the heart behind what we do.
We believe worship changes things. Not because we can manipulate God, but because when we turn our eyes to Him and declare who He is, we begin to see from Heaven's perspective. We align ourselves with what God is already doing — and we begin to see it come to Earth.
We want to see Weston-super-Mare transformed. Not through our own effort, but through a people who have been in His presence — who carry His heart, hear His voice, and declare His purposes over this city.
The tent of David wasn't just about worship. It was about access. And through Jesus — whose death tore the temple curtain from top to bottom — that access is available to all of us.
"After this I will return, and I will rebuild the tent of David that has fallen…"Acts 15:16 (quoting Amos 9:11)
"Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth."Colossians 3:1–2
If you've never been before, here's a simple picture of what we do — and why.
We worship God because He is worthy — full stop. But as we do, something shifts. We begin to see Him more clearly, and to see ourselves and our city through His eyes. Expect extended worship, songs of declaration, and moments of stillness.
Rom 4:17 · Col 3:1–2
We believe the gifts of the Holy Spirit are for today — prophecy, tongues, words of knowledge. These aren't strange add-ons; they're invitations from God to go deeper. We make space for these gifts to flow, in an environment of love and wisdom.
1 Cor 14:1 · 1 Tim 4:14
We're not a performance — we're a family gathering. Tea and coffee are on, conversation is welcome, and no one needs to have it all figured out. Come as you are. Jesus calls us not servants but friends — and that's how we want you to feel.
John 15:15
"We do not seek His hand.
We seek His face."
Dave serves as a worship leader at Locking Castle Church, bringing prophetic depth and a genuine sensitivity to the Holy Spirit to everything he leads. He has led worship at events and conferences across the UK and internationally, and is actively involved in the Destined to Win (D2W) leadership network, investing in church leaders across the region.
Dave's heart is simple: to see the Body of Christ in Weston-super-Mare become all she is called to be. His ministry is both challenging and transformative — but always rooted in a pursuit of God's presence rather than platform.
Weston Prophetic Worship is led by Dave and a small team who share the same vision: to see Heaven come to Earth in this city.
If you'd like to support what we're doing, you're welcome to give. Every contribution helps us continue to create space for encounter in Weston-super-Mare.
Gatherings run monthly from May 2026, excluding August and December.
